After one and a half years, German Post-Black Metal band Morgenröthe are back with their first full-length album Hiver Social. Six new songs follow the style and development of Black Metal with both, clean and melancholic but also hard and fast parts. With Jürgen Bartsch (Bethlehem) and Anna Murphy (Cellar Darling, ex-Eluveitie), they got some high-class musicians as guests on their album.
The mixing was done by Konstantin Krüger (Thormesis) at Soundbath Studios in Rothenburg o. d. Tauber, mastering comes once more from the hands of Nikita Kamprad (Der Weg einer Freiheit).
Hiver Social is a combination of melancholia, philosophical thoughts and the difficulty of being human, visualized through Post-Black Metal with various influences from other genres.
